Homewood Suites, Residence Inn and TownePlace Suites hotels are extended-stay hotels designed to meet the needs of travelers staying five nights or more. By offering both leisure and business amenities, more guestroom space and conveniences than traditional hotels, and a discount for stays of five nights or more, extended-stay hotels offer great value to relocating or vacationing families, and to professionals traveling for conferences, extended projects, or training. Hampton Inn, Hampton Inn and Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Courtyard, Fairfield Inn and Springhill Suites hotels are select-service properties that offer value-conscious business and leisure travelers upscale accommodations at an affordable price. These hotels feature a combination of suites and quality rooms as well as business and leisure amenities including swimming pools, fitness facilities, high speed Internet access and business centers.

Apple REIT Six also owns two Marriott full-service properties, providing upscale accommodations. The Marriott full-service brand is the flagship of the Marriott family of brands. Each hotel features beautifully appointed guestrooms equipped with a refrigerator and mini-bar, remote-control TV, phones with voice mail and multiple data ports, high speed Internet access and a complimentary newspaper. Fully equipped fitness centers, gift shops, swimming pools, elegant restaurants and lounges, concierge services, business centers, meeting facilities and grand ballrooms are also available to guests at these hotels.
